Liberty University GAP/RCC – Day 1

Liberty coed speaks with CBR Virginia Director Nicole Cooley.

Liberty coed (facing camera) speaks with CBR Virginia Director Nicole Cooley.

We were blessed on our first day of GAP and RCC at Liberty University.  Read our letter to Liberty U here.

Many of our team has arrived safely, but we are pleased to say that reinforcements are on the way!

We are driving our fleet of Reproductive “Choice” Campaign (RCC) trucks all around the perimeter of the campus.  Also, we are displaying Genocide Awareness Project (GAP) signs and handing out pro-life photo-brochures at 3 of the most heavily trafficked entrances to the campus.

We thank God for a wonderful first day on campus.  We pray for many more to come!

If you agree that we must show Christians the truth about abortion, please click here.

    Leslie Sneddon, CBR Maine says:

According to statistics on who is having abortions, it shows that Christians, yes, Christians have over 60% of abortions! f.m.i. visit this link:
    http://www.guttmacher.org/sections/abortion.php
That is why we must go to the body of Christ and plea for the lost(abortion minded Christian women) and the forsaken (their unborn child). Many churches remain painfully silent when it comes to abortion.

    Erika says:

Wow! I’m just saddened by it all. I am pro-life, but these pro-life propagation methods (graphic pics on the trucks) are not beneficial to anyone. These displays do not minister the grace and healing for which Jesus died, only further condemnation. Somehow we Christians think that reminding people of their sins is the means to stop sin, but it is reallly reminding people of Jesus’ PERFECT sacrifice that truly eradicates sin.

Titus 2:11-15 – “For the GRACE OF GOD HAS APPEARED bringing salvation for all people, TRAINING US TO RECOUNCE UNGODLINESS and worldly passions and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age, waiting for our blessed hope, the appearance of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave himself
for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify for himself a people for his own possession who are
    zealous for good works.”

Please explain how you think you were blessed on your first day on campus and why you describe it as wonderful. Did you see hearts opened up to your displays or did you witness more anger and disgust toward your campaign?

    Fletcher says:

Erika, I wonder if you read our Open Letter to Liberty University, which you can link to from our website, http://www.ProLifeOnCampus.com.

The Bible says to “expose the deeds of darkness” (Ephesians 5:11).

Our Christian witness is badly damaged when we ignore injustice. Missionary aviator Steve Saint is the son of the late Nate Saint, one of five missionaries who were martyred in Ecuador’s Amazon jungle in 1956. Steve has been a great help to our aviation ministry and he recently told us of a talk he had given at a missionary conference in Guatemala. At the conclusion of his remarks, he was approached by a group of Indian women who wanted to know if it was true that abortion is legal in America. Fluent in Spanish, he conceded that it is. With a keen eye for hypocrisy, one of his inquisitors asked, in essence, “By what moral authority do Americans then take the Gospel to the world?”

Francis Schaeffer once warned that if people who claim the Name of Christ are unwilling to offer serious resistance to something as evil as killing a baby, the world has the right to ask whether Christ is real.

Consider the fact that God commands us to protect and deliver the helpless in Proverbs 24:11-12: “Rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering toward slaughter. If you say, “But we knew nothing about this,” does not He who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not He who guards your life know it? Will He not repay each person according to what he has done?”

How about James 1:27: “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.”

Who is more of an orphan than a baby who is being delivered up by his own parents to be killed? And who is more of a widow than a woman who is being threatened with abandonment if she will not consent to the death of her own child?

Consider the consequences of doing nothing, as outlined in Jeremiah 19: 4-9: “[Because the inhabitants of Jerusalem have worshiped false Gods and burned their children in the fire as offerings to Baal] … I will make them fall by the sword before their enemies … and I will give their carcasses as food to the birds of the air and the beasts of the earth. … I will make them eat the flesh of their sons and daughters [in the siege].”

We disobey God when we kill our own children. Many Christians do it, not because they are evil as much as because they are ignorant. It is up to Christian leaders to teach them the truth so that they do not fall into great sin through ignorance.

We disobey God when we do nothing to protect those being killed by abortion. The Church is massively uninvolved in the struggle against abortion.

We disobey God when we fail to teach other Christians to obey God’s commands, including the commands not to murder and to protect the defenseless.

  5. August 31st, 2011 at 10:39 pm

    Fletcher says:

LU student, we were blessed because our team members all arrived safely from their homes in Florida, Alabama, Ohio, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. God gave us work to do and the means to do it. He provided us with places to stay and food to eat. He let us live in a country where our rights of expression are protected, so we are able to present our message without interference.

We were able to reach thousands of people with the truth of abortion. That is the reason for our presence, because we know that when Christians see the horror of abortion, they are more likely to obey God’s command not to kill their own children (Mark 10:19). Furthermore, they are more motivated to protect and defend the defenseless (Proverbs 24:11-12). And finally, they more fully understand their duty as Christian leaders to teach other believers to do the same (Matthew 28:20).

God said that we are to “expose the deeds of darkness” (Ephesians 5:11), and it is a blessing to work in obedience to that command.

We absolutely saw hearts and minds open. Many students and others have expressed their support for our presence. Many have thanked us for bringing the horrifying truth to Liberty, because they know that you need to see it. They know that when we show these pictures, hearts are won, minds are changed, and lives are saved.

Was there anger and disgust directed toward us? Of course. Most people don’t want to be bothered with injustice. That’s why leaders and institutions who want to be popular (e.g., attractive to large numbers of people) tend to focus their programming on topics that are less controversial and less likely to result in backlash from the members who want something more “positive.” The difficult topics become somebody else’s problem.

On the other hand, social reformers are never popular. They confront the culture with facts that people would prefer to ignore or trivialize. That’s why Lewis Hine observed in his memoirs that people would look at his photos of children working in coal mines and textile mills (under tremendously abusive conditions) and get more angry at him for showing the pictures than at the industrial bosses for abusing the children. We see the same thing … people see our pictures of abortion and get more angry at us for showing the pictures than at the abortionists for killing the children. That’s just part of the deal and we’re OK with that.

The genius of Dr. Martin Luther King was that he understood that injustice must be exposed and people must be made to be uncomfortable with the status quo. Otherwise, there would be no pressure for change.

  6. August 31st, 2011 at 11:42 pm

    Andrew Wilkinson says:

Fletcher, I’m glad that you saw hearts and minds open. I’m glad God gave you safety and freedom. I’m glad you have such a fire to spread the news of these injustices.
But I, along with 100% of absolutely every last person that has spoken to me after seeing your campaign, has expressed nothing but disgust and confusion about your presence. Yes, I’m sure many thousands of abortions do happen in “Christian” families. But remember, a HUGE majority of Americans today classify themselves as “Christian.” And we all know that the true Body of Christ is much smaller. Liberty University is the largest evangelical school of its kind. We are close-knit, largely unified, and overwhelmingly passionate about our faith. And I would guess, nay GUARANTEE that 9 out of 10 students there would immediately respond with “pro-life” if asked their position on the matter you represent. Liberty Christian Academy, right next door to your marching grounds, had to send home letter WARNING parents you were coming, and that their children may be exposed to what you parade around. They are putting TARPS over the playground fences to try and shield the impressionable young minds trying to enjoy their childhood from the graphic, very mature-themed images you have placed less than 100ft from them.
You, and your message, are both greatly needed in the darkness our world has fallen into. All over America there are millions of people who need your light shone to them. But WE ARE NOT THAT PLACE. LIBERTY DOES NOT NEED YOU TO “OPEN OUR EYES.”
We do not have an abortion clinic in our city. The nearest one is over 50 miles away! Did you do any research directly corresponding to Liberty’s abortion rate? Lynchburg’s? Have you done any research that you can post for us to see why you felt such a call here? I do not hate you, and as a Christian, none of us should. But your place, unless I am greatly mistaken, is not here right now, brother. I urge you to please, PLEASE, take your banner to a place it can reach so many more.
Even if there are hearts and minds here that still need to hear this message, don’t you think Liberty’s capable of carrying your banner? Don’t you think we care about what happens to our young women and their unborn children? But we are a stationary establishment. We have outreach programs, but you are a MOBILE FORCE FOR GOOD. Think of what you can do in a much larger, darker town. Think of the hearts you could allow God to reach. Thank you for blessing us with your fire for God, but please, please, take it somewhere more in need.
    God bless you.

    Liberty Student says:

The day I first saw these billboards and other images I was disgusted. You people have no right displaying images like where they can be seen by children. Its horrifying to think you are trying to display God’s name when in fact you are just making a mockery of yourselves and only invoking rage and your insensitivity. Yes, abortion is wrong but those images should not be displayed.

  8. September 1st, 2011 at 1:10 am

    Fletcher says:

Andrew, I’d be curious to know if you read my Open Letter to Liberty University, which you can link to from our website, http://www.ProLifeOnCampus.com.

According to the latest estimates, nearly 1 in 5 women who aborts her pregnancy identifies herself as “born again” or “evangelical.” (We can assume that the numbers of men fathering children who are aborted are nearly the same.) This isn’t about people who go to pro-choice churches; this is about people who go to your church, my church, and Christian universities like Liberty. When is the last time you saw a pregnant student at Liberty? Do you really think that nobody ever gets pregnant and drives to an abortion clinic in another city?

You say that 9 of 10 students at Liberty would identify themselves as “pro-life.” I know you have read the Parable of the Good Samaritan. The priest and the Levite would likely have identified themselves as “opposing highway robbery and beating,” but when presented an opportunity to help the victim of injustice, they passed by on the other side of the road. That is the response of the American pro-life church to abortion. We say we are pro-life, but we are massively uninvolved in the struggle against this injustice. Complacency is sin. God commands us to protect and deliver the helpless in Proverbs 24:11-12: “Rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering toward slaughter. If you say, ‘But we knew nothing about this,’ does not He who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not He who guards your life know it? Will He not repay each person according to what he has done?”

Virtually every person we have ever met in serious pro-life activism has admitted that it was pictures which made it impossible for them to remain complacent.

We are not aware of any formal education programs at Liberty that prepare students for careers in pro-life ministry. We are not aware of any pastoral training programs which train future Christian leaders to protect preborn children, both in their churches and in their communities. We are not aware of any missions programs in which students are encouraged to seek out and participate in pro-life missions. We are not aware of programs that routinely show (with pictures) all Liberty students the horror of abortion so that they will obey God’s command not to kill their own children (Mark 10:19), so that they will be motivated to protect and defend the defenseless (Proverbs 24:11-12), and so that they will more fully understand their duty as Christian leaders to teach other believers to do the same (Matthew 28:20). If such programs exist, students are avoiding them in droves, and these programs are as invisible to the students as abortion pictures have been.

The church often seems preoccupied with other matters during times of great injustice. Like the priest and Levite, our inclination is to focus on our own agendas. Of course, Christians say God has called them to these priorities. But that assumption means one of two things concerning abortion: Either (1) God doesn’t care enough about this slaughter to call His Church to make it a high ministry priority or (2) He does care but His Church is ignoring His call. The priest and Levite might well have felt pity for the beating victim, but the Good Samaritan took pity on the beating victim. James 2:16 says, “If one of you says to him, ‘Go, I wish you well; keep warm and well fed,’ but does nothing about his physical needs, what good is it?”

Your closing reveals that you did not read our Open Letter to Liberty University. Yes, of course we believe that Liberty University is capable of addressing the issue of abortion in a way that would make our presence pointless. If you had read our letter, you would know that pro-life students at Liberty have been asking for a greater committment to the sanctity of life and have been turned down. You would see that we offered to discuss the issue with the University leadership before we came. As far as we are concerned, that door is still open.

  9. September 1st, 2011 at 1:20 am

    Fletcher says:

Liberty student, we don’t target young children with our pictures, but with all the institutions of society (including the Church) covering up the truth of abortion, we have no choice but to take to the public square. Otherwise, the killing will never stop.

Children are exposed to graphic images of violence all the time … on newspaper front pages, on magazine covers that are visible in the supermarket checkout lines, etc. They even showed Schindler’s List on TV during family viewing hours a few years back. Nobody objects because nobody feels guilty about their own complicity or complacency with respect to those acts of violence. Many are guilty of complicity or complacency with respect to abortion.

What is worse, a born child being horrified by a picture of abortion or a preborn child being killed by the act of abortion.

You might ask if Jesus would ever put a graphic image on display where children could see them. In fact, He did just that. Jesus controlled every aspect of his arrest, trial and execution. He arranged to have Himself beaten nearly to death before stumbling through the most crowed part of Jerusalem on the most crowded day of the year. His bloody body horrified throngs of Passover pilgrims which included large numbers of families with young children.

He then permitted himself to be stripped naked and tortured to death in full view of still more passersby, including more children. The Romans used executions to intimidate subjugated peoples. They located crucifixion cites for maximum public exposure. Our Lord accommodated Cesar by going out of His way to make this disturbing spectacle of His death as public as possible. And in the process, He chose as the very symbol of our faith, a bloody instrument of torture. His point was to disturb us with the gravity of our sin but bless us with the grace of His forgiveness, despite the fact that many children would be traumatized in the process. Did He get this wrong?

    Pariah says:

You say that you’re trying to reach Christians? Why don’t you try NOT preaching to the converted? I don’t care what your “statistics” say, when you parade crap like that around, all your doing is confirming the idea that all Christians are crazy radicals. YOU are not from Lynchburg. YOU do not have to put up with all the uncensored HATE that L.U. and L.C.A. students must put up with from people in the surrounding area simply because this is where Dr. Falwell chose to plant his university.
I know your not going to stop, I just want you to know that you’ve made all Lynchburg christian’s lives THAT much harder due to your radical ideas. Again, I know your not going to stop just because rational, logical people asked you nicely. I just hope and pray that nobody decides that they’d rather have you gone by force. I’ve seen worse things happen.

  11. September 1st, 2011 at 6:33 am

    Liberty Student says:

Just hearing your response makes me more disgusted. What a twisted sense of faith you have. Have you ever stopped to think that maybe, just maybe so many “christians” would not have abortions if they weren’t terrified of what their “christian” parents would do to them because they were unwed? Maybe the outreach should extend to Christians and teach them how to respond to others in a loving manner and love the sinner not the sin.
As far as Jesus getting it wrong, no. Of course he did not get it wrong. Jesus display was everything right and so much more. However, are you Jesus? Am I Jesus? No. Do I think by any means that Jesus would want innocent children being exposed to the graphic nature of your pictures? No, I do not with all of my heart. Just because some children are exposed to violence does not mean they all are. There is a reason why the Bible is not a picture book. We are supposed to protect innocence and train our children in Gods ways. I believe that if God wanted us to show graphic images then he wouldve allowed for pictures in the Bible. But he did not have to, words were enough. There is also a reason why God is merciful, loving, just and perfect. It is because all of those attributes is what makes people love Him so much. He does not have to threaten us by deflowering are nature and innocence with fear and disgust. Do you not think God is powerful enough to let us know abortion is wrong? You take it into your own hands like it is up to you, when perhaps you should be praying about it and bringing it to people in a factual manner and under circumstance that do not force ones eyes to see.
I wish you could see the amount of negative impact you are having on our campus and community. A good friend of mine who is a waitress working at a restaurant across from your pictures and customers are complaining they are not able to eat because of you. Every student I have heard talking about your banners is disgusted, not grateful.
Yes, abortion is wrong. But you have to start with training parents how to react better than kicking their daughter into the street. We need to teach love. Maybe then there would be a decrease in abortion rate if each girl knew she was still going to be loved and not scared to death of her own shadow.

  12. September 1st, 2011 at 9:17 am

    Andrew Wilkinson says:

    Fletcher,
I admit that no, I did not read your letter to LU before writing my last post. But I have now, and not a single thing has changed. I understand your motives, and I agree that there is a time and a place that injustices like genocide, torture, abortion should be shown to the public, even graphically. It does get the job done effectively. But the problem with that tactic is what happens in situations like ours: we are not some cold, dark city university where no outreach programs attempt to train our youth. I went to LCA for just 2 years and in that time was shown a stronger faith by classmates, teachers, and nearby LU students than I had ever seen in my hometown churches and “Christian” schools. I went to LU as well, and while just as in any situation today there were many people who were simply there because their parents made them, etc., there were countless more attempting to reach them.
I came to Liberty still very unfounded in my faith–all head knowledge and a still-cold heart. I had had Christianity forced down my through for years, and as a result had a complete lack of any real relationship with God. And for the first couple weeks, I remained just that. But then I was met with by my prayer leader, one of the many parts of Liberty’s Christian ministries, and one designed to keep their very own students as close-knit and involved with each other’s faith as possible. He understood where I came from, and walked with me, urging me to make the faith whose practices had become a charade I performed just to fit in. And I know there are still many students in that exact same place. But you know, I’m not that person anymore, and every day, there are people just like my prayer leader working on them, too.
Hearts don’t change overnight. Habits and lifestyles and deep-seated issues from the past don’t get overturned without hard work, investment, and the hand of God in a life.
Now, what you’re doing is a ministry that needs to be seen. And yes, I never said you didn’t/weren’t going to reach people. What I said was ‘9 out of 10 students there would immediately respond with “pro-life” if asked their position…’ I know that may have been high, but it is certainly is nowhere near what you make it sound to be. You seem to think that simply because there have been students who have had heartfelt realizations about abortion and genocide as a result of your ministry, that there is some horrible, unaddressed, misinformed majority of students here. When I said “Even if there are hearts and minds here that still need to hear this message, don’t you think Liberty’s capable of carrying your banner? Don’t you think we care about what happens to our young women and their unborn children?” I meant that even though we may not be using your methods, we are still capable of doing what you are. Do you not agree that not once in Jesus’ ministry did he EVER try to deflower the innocence of a child? Did he ever urge His followers to shatter their childhood innocence? NO! He told us to protect them! Nowhere in the Bible does it say the best way to address an issue is to shove the graphic results in the faces of everyone.
I am so disheartened by your response. You really do seem to have a skewed mentality about this, your place here. I am trying to maintain some level of mutual respect for you, because I know God has called you to do what you do. but we do not look at your posters in disgust because it is some inconvenient truth we haven’t dealt with. Nor do we become enraged when your truck passes us because we don’t like to be shown what we know we’re guilty of ignoring. We want you to move on because you simply aren’t doing what you think you’re doing. For every 1 or 2 teens who you reinforce or inform about your cause, 10 or 15 people probably end up having to explain to their child something they shouldn’t need to at that age, or worse. You make people resent the right wing. You make people resent being on Liberty. Because images like what you carry have a time and a place, and this is not it.
I am probably not going to address this anymore. I have urged my friends to get involved with you and your presence here. I’ve said what I think, and you interpret it as my being just another misinformed person in need of ministry. But I’ve talked to the parents. I’ve seen the effect you’re having, the real effect, not the one you see through your ministry’s filter. You make people resent you, me, and Liberty. Your letter contained a threat, and that shows your true colors. “Please understand that neither the execution of our plan, nor our determination to carry it out, depends on your approval or cooperation”? Really? Did Jesus ever say that? Did He ever tell His apostles to come bearing a message of graphic injustice, and disregard any who protest? No. Because He knew there was a time and place, and knew that as Christians, it’s understood we must use tact, proper timing, and an appropriate audience for certain issues. That’s why you must move on. Your ministry does not use those things. And people resent you more and more for it here every day. I have never been so insulted by a ministry’s leader’s lack of interest in the effect he is having.

  13. September 1st, 2011 at 3:39 pm

    Pariah says:

I have to agree with Andrew. As he put it “I’ve never been so insulted by a ministry’s leader’s lack of interest in the effect he is having.”

Shock value for the sake of shock value means nothing.

  14. September 1st, 2011 at 5:05 pm

    LU student says:

I would really like to know where you get your facts, Fletcher. You say these statistics, but they mean nothing when you don’t reveal your sources. As disgusted as I am with your signs, the trucks make matters even worse. Driving these images around forcing people to view them is completely maniacal. Allowing children to see these images at such a sensitive point in their lives also angers me. Liberty is CLEARLY pro-life. We have had speakers in our convocation speak on the subject numerous times who were effective without using your disgusting graphic images. You say that you don’t see any courses available to train ministers for pro-life ministry and so on, have you sat in any classes at the university? Have you done true research on our academics and campus life? Our general education classes that students are required to take their first year directly addresses the issue of abortion. We are taught in great detail the horrible act of abortion. I along with the majority of the students of Liberty University do not desire your presence on campus. I see only negative effects coming from your ministry and the overall disgusted and angered mood that has been brought to the student body. I agree with Pariah in saying that you are making our lives as Christians worse in regards to reaching the people of Lynchburg who are unbelievers. I hope they will not connect our school to your work. I hope people will not connect Christianity to your work. You embarrass our faith when you take these images and attitudes to secular universities. While you believe some good comes from it, I believe a great deal more people will never come to Christ because of your ministry. You sadden me, I pray that the children involved in this will be able to escape the life you have created for them.

  15. September 1st, 2011 at 11:47 pm

    Fletcher says:

Pariah, I hope I am wrong, but your first comment suggests that you are more concerned about what Lynchburg residents do to you than about what abortion doctors do to unborn children.

Jesus didn’t call us to win a popularity contest. He told us that the world would hate us (John 15:18, Luke 21:17, etc.)

  16. September 2nd, 2011 at 12:41 am

    Fletcher says:

Liberty Student, let me agree with you on something very important. You said, “[M]aybe so many ‘Christians’ would not have abortions if they weren’t terrified of what their ‘Christian’ parents would do to them because they were unwed. Maybe the outreach should extend to Christians and teach them how to respond to others in a loving manner and love the sinner not the sin.”

I am very sorry if this has ever happened to you. I hope you never have to face a crisis alone nor in fear of how your parents might respond. Please understand that we do not judge you. We care for you and we will gladly help you find healing, if that is your need.

If this is you, please know that you are not alone. The Elliot Institute says that 64% of abortions are coerced. The coercion comes from many directions … boyfriends, husbands, parents, employers, athletic coaches, etc. Our message is targeted to all of them, because they all need to know how evil abortion really is. Such knowledge, when paired with a functioning conscience, would lead such people to support women during their times of need, instead of pressuring them to abort.

Let me emphasize this point. The pressure that Christian women feel to abort is a direct result of the coverup of abortion within the American Church. People who don’t understand how evil abortion is are more likely to pressure girlfriends, wives, daughters, etc. to abort. The coverup has to stop so that repentance and healing can begin.

You said “[P]erhaps you should be praying about it and bringing it to people in a factual manner and under circumstance that do not force ones eyes to see.” At some level, we agree with that. We think it would be better to show you abortion in one of your Convocations, for example. You could choose to look away from the screen, but most of your classmates would not. They would want to know the truth, even if uncomfortable. By seeing abortion, they would be more likely to obey God’s command not to kill their own children (Mark 10:19). Furthermore, they would be more motivated to protect and defend the defenseless (Proverbs 24:11-12). And finally, they would more fully understand their duty as Christian leaders to teach other believers to do the same (Matthew 28:20).

You said that in a local diner, “customers are complaining they are not able to eat because of you.” Really? Babies are dying all around you, and your biggest concern is that you and some of your classmates might be so bothered by the killing that you might miss a meal? I’m thinking you are not really that selfish.

Our purpose in showing people abortion is never to condemn anyone. God is just as eager to forgive the sin of abortion as He is any other sin. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

  17. September 2nd, 2011 at 12:54 am

    Fletcher says:

    Andrew and LU Student,

Thanks for commenting. There’s not much to say that I haven’t already said. It appears that we will just have to agree to disagree. Might I request that you read Dr. Martin Luther King’s Letter from a Birmingham jail. He is much more eloquent than me, so perhaps you will find his arguments more compelling. He helped bring an end to segregation by getting horrifying images of racial violence on TV and in magazines that went into the living rooms of millions of American families.

  18. September 9th, 2011 at 9:51 pm

    Gary says:

Andrew, you can’t say for sure that women from Liberty don’t get abortions because there are no abortion clinics in Lynchburg and the closest one is fifty miles away. There are no abortion clinics in Chattanooga, but the women drive 120 miles to Knoxville to get an abortion. They also come from Kentucky and many other states. I know this because I stand on the sidewalk at a Knoxville clinic.

  19. November 9th, 2012 at 4:01 pm

    Pam says:

Erika, the purpose of these graphic pictures is not to inflict condemnation on those who have had abortions. It is to show everyone WHAT ABORTION IS.

Our nation has been debating whether or not it’s right or wrong for 40 years. These pictures settle the argument.

I want my children to see them. I want them to be educated, so they know the price of sex outside of marriage and the explosion of problems that follow. I want them to know that every decision has consequences, that you don’t just “get rid of a problem”, that you are killing a human being.

Those who have already had an abortion have a nagging feeling that something is wrong and it often shows up in other areas in their lives. They need to know, if their abortion is the root of other dysfunction in their lives (and this is common), they can pinpoint it, repent, and be healed.
